The opt-in form pops up in Facebook so users are never even taken off-site to a landing page (bonus: this prevent you from needing to create this particular landing page).

Many businesses upload and use custom audiences; some will use their entire current email list as a custom audience, and while this is effective, you can break down your main audience into smaller niches. If you sell gym equipment, for example, there will be different niches; runners need different equipment than weight lifters and yogis.
